Read your manga in Japanese with the camera

Photograph a page of your manga and the app recognises the Japanese, splits it into words and gives you the reading and meaning of each one. The image is processed on your iPhone: it is never uploaded to a server.

How it works

   Photograph the page

   From the camera or a photo you already have. You can crop a single speech bubble if the page is busy.

2. 読02
   The app reads the Japanese

   It recognises several speech bubbles at once, with vertical writing and furigana.

3. 語03
   Tap each word

   Reading in kana, meaning in English and, for verbs, which verb it comes from and which form it is.
